Tenki is a flat structured start-up. Every team member has equal say and their ideas valued regardless of position.
That's how great ideas are made known and many of those become an integral part of Tenki's offerings.
At times, team members have to wear multiple hats and each member prides themselves on not constraining themselves to a specified role.
As we are a fully remote company, we don't often meet each other in-person. However, when we do, we enjoy each other's company and even find some time to collaborate on-site. So far, team members have found each other in Cancún, Seattle, and Toronto.
