How does Tenki’s pricing work?

Credits first, then usage. Your plan sets your monthly credits and your workspace limits: Starter includes $10 per month, The Team plan includes $100 in monthly credits. Runner minutes, sandbox compute, and code reviews all draw from the same credit balance until it’s fully used. Once your included credits are fully used, you can top up your balance with a custom amount, starting at a $20 minimum. You can also set up automatic monthly refills.

Is Starter free, or is it a trial?

Starter is a free plan, not a time-limited trial. It includes $10 in credits every month, so roughly 2,500 minutes on a 2-core x64 runner at $0.002 per core per minute. It also includes up to 5 concurrent sessions, 100 GiB of storage, and machines with up to 4 cores and 8 GB of RAM. Credits reset every month, and unused credits don’t roll over. If you need more than what’s included with Starter, you can top up your balance with additional credits or upgrade to the Team plan.

What happens if I reach my plan’s session or storage limits?

Limits are separate from credits, so you can hit one without hitting the other. Starter allows up to 5 concurrent sessions, 100 GiB of storage, and machines up to 4 cores and 8 GB of RAM. Team raises that to 100 concurrent sessions, 1,000 GiB of storage, and machines up to 16 cores and 64 GB of RAM, and adds Premium Runners and Priority Support. You can upgrade a workspace to Team from the Billing tab at any time. If you need more headroom than Team, Enterprise offers discounted rates, higher concurrency, larger machines, and more storage.

Do you charge for idle time or queued jobs?

You’re billed for compute that actually runs. Runner minutes are metered while a job is executing, and sandbox vCPU and memory are metered per second while a sandbox is active. Queued time is not charged. Storage is the one exception, because it persists whether or not a job is running: Sandbox Disk includes 5 GiB free and Sandbox Storage is billed from the first byte at $0.000000076 per GiB per second.

Do you support team billing or consolidated invoices?

Billing is managed at the workspace level. Each workspace carries its own credit balance and its own subscription, so a Team subscription applies only to the workspace where it was purchased. Group the projects you want on a single invoice under one workspace. There are no per-seat charges — you pay for the plan plus any usage beyond its credits, no matter how many people work in the workspace. We accept major credit cards. Team can be billed monthly at $250/mo. or yearly at $200/mo. You can also top up credits at any time with a $20.00 minimum; manually purchased credits never expire, and your monthly credits are always spent first.
